We’re back and ready for another great GroverFest June 4th - 6th at the Millstone Farm in Davidson, NC.  We’ve got a ton of great bands with returning GroverFest alumni and plenty of funky newcomers.

On-site camping, parking and having a great time have been included with your ticket. By the way, this year everyone will receive a limited edition commemorative  GroverFest 2010 silicone bracelet!!  We’ll also have plenty of great food vendors and fun events to stimulate the mind and the body. Don’t miss GroverFest 2010. This will be the best GroverFest yet!!!

Note: Early Bird tickets will be mailed on or before May 22. We will only ship tickets to confirmed PayPal addresses.

GroverFest 2010 is a PRIVATE event. You will have to have a ticket when you pull up to the gate to enter the festival grounds. There will be NO tickets sold at the gate this year. All tickets will be pre-sold and can be purchased online at http://www.GroverFest.com/order_tickets.php.

Camping

Tent Camping is included w/ your ticket!!! There will be plenty of camping area, but the best spots will get taken first, so arrive early! Bring only what you need for a few days of camping, music and fun. There will be trash bags distributed to the campsites and there will be trash cans scattered about the grounds, but we encourage everyone to travel light, take with you what you bring, and please pick up your trash.

FAQ

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
NO! This is a presale only event. There will be no ticket sales at the gate. Tickets have been limited to 400 to keep GroverFest intimate, allowing everyone to fully enjoy their experience at Millstone Farm. 

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes 3 days/2 nights of music, 2 late night shows, rustic camping, FREE breakfast on Saturday morning, a commemorative ticket/bracelet, and 400 of your closest friends having a heck of great time! Yes, you read that right, we're serving breakfast on Saturday morning. A few days before GroverFest we'll post the times we're serving up grub on the Official GroverFest 2010 Message Board. 

Will you mail my tickets to me?
If you purchased Early Bird Tickets you will receive your tickets in the mail via US Postal Service. Your ticket(s) will be sent to the "Ship To" address you provide to PayPal. Tickets will be mailed on or before May 22. Notice will be posted here when tickets have been mailed. Be sure to provide an address you'll be able to receive the ticket(s) at. There will be no tickets at the gate.

I didn't purchase Early Bird tickets I purchased Regular tickets, what do I do?
We're sorry you didn't get the Early Bird discount but excited you'll be joining us this year. You need to bring proper identification like a driver's license, state issued identification card, or passport, as well as your PayPal receipt.

Is the lineup final?
NO! NO! NO!!!! We have a couple of surprise artists to annouce still, but don't delay purchasing your GroverFest ticket while waiting on those last two announcements. With tickets capped at 400 we expect to sell out soon. Last year we had over 400 in attendance if that's any indication of how confident we are in a sell out. 

When will Early Bird ticketing end??
Early Bird ticketing will end sometime in May and is limited to the first 200 tickets sold. Early Bird tickets went on sale February 4th.

What will the Regular price be?
We're not sure yet. That depends on how many more sponsors get involved.

What is Millstone Farm?
Millstone Farm is a pristine working farm in Davidson, NC with 30 acres of meadows, woods, a fishing pond, and 360 degrees of panoramic view form the stage area. Some say it's the highest point in Cabarrus County but actually the parking area is... by only by a few feet. It's gorgeous at Millstone Farm! Check it out

Where is Millstone Farm located?
11605 Mooresville Rd., Davidson, NC. Between Intersates 77 & 85 where Davidson, Mooresvile, and Kannapolis meet. It's out in the country. Approximately 15 minutes from downtown Mooresville and Kannapolis. Here's a map for your convenience. 

Is there an age requirement to attend GroverFest?
YES!!! You must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an attending parent/guardian. Proper identification will be checked at the gate.

Will children be allowed @ GroverFest?
YES, children 12 and under are allowed and admitted for FREE with an attending parent!

How far is CAMPING from PARKING @ GroverFest?
Parking is 100-200 yards from the top of the camping area. Please make sure you can carry all of your gear from your car to your campsite.

Can I CAMP with my RV or CAR?
No, only tent camping is available. If you have a special situation contact us.

Is there cell phone service?
Yes, there is strong cell phone service for most carriers.

Will there be power for me to charge my cell phone, laptop, etc.?
YES! Cell phone charging will be available for a small donation at the Carolina Live Music Society booth from noon until midnight each day. Be sure to bring your charger and they'll power you up! 

I have young children at home with a care taker. Is there a pay phone or a phone number they can call in the event of an emergency?
NO. Please make arrangments with their care taker on how to handle an emergency in the unlikely chance your cell phone does not have service or battery goes dead. We suggest leaving the care taker with a medical release, and any documents needed in the event of an emergency at home. 

Are pets allowed @ GroverFest?
NO PETS 

Will there be SHOWERS @ GroverFest?
We encourage you to bring your own solar shower; although we may have a few set up for general use.  Remember, this is a CAMPING event, please bring items you need to camp and to live for a couple days. Baby wipes, sun protectant, and a couple jugs of water will be a godsend to you…

Are you going to have ICE for sale @ GroverFest?
YES; we will have ice available for purchase @ GroverFest.

Can I bring glass bottles to GroverFest?
Please, NO GLASS BOTTLES….cans and solo cups are great!!!! Nobody likes cut up feet…

Will campFIRES be allowed @ GroverFest? 
YES, campfires will be allowed for fun & food needs. Feel free to bring your own firewood if you plan on burning a fire. Fire-rings are required by law and will be provided. There will also be some firewood for sale on the festival grounds.

Will there be a designated family campground area @ GroverFest?
NO, however Millstone Farm is 30 acres large and ticketing is capped at 400 people. There should be plenty of room for you and your family to find a quiet spot to camp.  

Will there be First Aid @ GroverFest?
YES, we will have medics on-site during the entire festival. For your safety and everyone else’s be sure to watch yourself, watch your friends and watch your step and this should be the greatest GroverFest to date!

Will alcohol be on sale @ GroverFest?
Alcohol will not be sold @ the festival, but you can bring your own as long as you're of legal drinking age.

Is there an ATM @ GroverFest?
YES, there will be an ATM on-site this year! In addition, there is convenient store about a half mile away with an ATM.

Are there FOOD and DRINK vendors @ GroverFest?
YES, we will have multiple food vendors serving all types of food and beverage.

How far is the closest STORE from GroverFest?
A gas station is only one half mile away and the closest Wal-Mart is located about 7 miles away in Mooresville, NC.

Can I bring a BIKE or 4-WHEELER to GroverFest?
MOTORIZED BIKES OR OTHER VEHICLES SUCH AS ATV’S, GOLF CARTS, ETC. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. Bicycles are not needed. Leave them at home.

I'm carpooling, are there any special incentives for the eco-friendly?
YES and thanks for being concerned about our environment!! Plan ahead so your entire party can enter together and we'll put some gas in your vehicle for the ride home. If your vehicle has five (5) or more ticketed passengers when you arrive we'll give you $10 to spend however you like. We suggest gas but perhaps you spend it on food or merchandise at one of our vendor's booths.

I purchased at ticket but now I can't go. Can I give my ticket to my friend or get a refund?
YES and NO!! If you purchased an Early Bird ticket and contact us prior to May 5th, 2010 we'll make arrangements to refund your purchase minus a small processing charge of $4. We're sorry but Regluar tickets are non-refundable and non-transeferable.

When do the gates open on Friday and what does GroverFest 2010 end?
Gates open Friday at noon. We recommend arriving as early as possible Friday afternoon to get the best camping spots. Music will end sometime after 4:00 PM Sunday. All attendees must exit by 6:00 PM Sunday.

Can I leave GroverFest and return?
YES, however for your safety and the safety of others, we highly encourage everyone to stay within the GroverFest grounds until you are ready to go home for good; or strictly in the event of an emergency. Anyone trying to re-enter GroverFest will have to show their ticket, bracelet, AND photo ID to gate personnel before re-entering.

Do I have to keep my ticket and commemorative bracelet with me at all times?
YES, you must wear your commemorative bracelet throughout the duration of GroverFest 2010. If asked, you'll be required to show both your ticket and the bracelet given to when you checked in at the gate. This is to assure that only those who paid for the GroverFest experience are allowed to take part.

Where can I get more information?
If you have any questions not addressed here visit the Official GroverFest 2010 Message Board at carolinalivemusic.net. Others may have the same question so please post your question and one of our staff will answer promptly... usually within an hour or two, but please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Groverfest Staff are easily recognized on the message board. We're the one's with the Groverfest logo in our signature :)

To really see what the festival grounds look like choose AERIAL VIEW and zoom in. The middle building sits atop a large plateau and is actually a barn with three open sides. That would be the GroverFest stage. Camping is directly behind the stage to the left as you view the aerial map. The property boudaries are Sugar Hill Rd. and Vinewood Rd. The entrance to GroverFest is on Sugar Hill where the two roads intersect. Beautful isn't it?
